Maker: María Antonieta and Jorge

Years practising: 6 years

Origin: Oaxaca, Mexico

Material: Wire and recycled plastic

Technique: Hand-woven wirework

Time to make: Each piece can take between 5 to 8 hours

Learned through: María Antonieta and Jorge came to this craft when they needed to bring in extra income for their family. They taught themselves, and six years on, it's become their trade.
