Shipping From
All of our products are shipped directly from the United Kingdom.
Processing Time
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We currently offer a flat rate of £5.99 for all orders within the UK, with free shipping on orders over £100.
For international orders, please get in touch with us so we can arrange delivery and calculate shipping accordingly. Just email us at constanza@rootedinmexico.org

UK Shipping: 3-5 business days
International Shipping: 10-20 business days (please note that delivery times can vary significantly depending on the destination country's customs procedures and local postal services).
Please be aware that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as customs delays or unforeseen postal issues.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery.
Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, please note that you may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees once your package reaches your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Rooted in Mexico is not responsible for any duties and taxes applied to your order. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if you think your package might be lost, please contact us right away at constanza@rootedinmexico.org with your order number and a few details. We’ll do our best to resolve the situation.
Can I return my item?
We hope you’ll love your piece so much there’s no way you’d want to return it! Each item is handmade and truly one of a kind. But if for any reason you’d like to return your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in their original condition and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
At Rooted in Mexico, we believe that every choice matters — from the way our artisans create, to the way we deliver their pieces to you. That’s why our packaging is kept minimal and kind to the planet: recyclable, reusable, and always chosen with care.
Whenever possible, we combine items into a single package and avoid unnecessary materials. It means less waste, fewer boxes, and a lighter footprint — good for the planet and your mailbox.
